The Crane Valley Project 2016-17: Volunteer Details for November & December

Below are the details of our volunteer dates during November & December for The Crane Valley Project.

LWT Volunteers

First off, a big thank you to all of our volunteers who have helped get work underway at Yeading Brook Meadows. We have received some fantastic comments from The London Borough of Ealing and the general public, so let’s keep up the good work!

Next Wednesday we need your help to complete our final river clean up at Brookside Open Space. We will be joined by employees from Thames Water, who will be helping us rid the river of trash.

We also are starting river improvement works at Crane Park Island.
We are working to re-naturalise the banks of the river by removing toeboarding and introducing marginal plant life.
Volunteer workdays will be run by Jane Clarke, another of our fantastic Conservation Officers!
